Production area: Terraces of the western Ligurian coast

Soil: clay-loam calcareous soil

Harvest: beginning of September. Only ripped hand-picked grapes in small containers.

Vinification: 2 months of spontaneous fermentation (only native yeast ) in oak vat 25 hl

Ageing: average 20 months “on lees” in stainless steel and cement tank

Filtration - clarifications: NONE
